The unique structure and approach of the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan has attracted much interest both nationally and internationally. As a shared plan of action, it provides a cost effective template for restoring biodiversity; and a dynamic model for structuring large multi-partner initiatives. 

We are at the start of the journey and continue to learn a great deal from others. Equally, we are happy to share the lessons we have learned through management of this initiative since 2015. We have provided advice to many other countries interested in developing their own national pollinator strategy. Nationally, we have also advised others interested in establishing multi-sectoral initiatives.
